This year our complete vision for ONE Club Gulf Shores came to life. We’ve invested more than $35 million to convert the previously neglected mid-market apartment complex located in the thriving Baldwin County, into one of the Emerald Coast’s top resort communities. The property now features luxurious vacation rentals for golfers and families and residential units for retirees ready for a second home or winter getaway.
ONE Club residents and visitors can create memories by playing the “Best 45 Holes in Golf,” our completely renovated 9-hole course combined with neighboring Craft Farms Golf Resort’s 36-hole Cypress Bend; or enjoying the new restaurant and various wellness amenities found in our upgraded Clubhouse.
